Operations is one of our largest departments, dedicated to supporting our customers and helping them get the most out of our systems.
Through daily customer interactions, the team gains valuable insights into customer needs and behaviors. These insights play a key role in our product development and continuous improvement efforts.
The Operations department includes several teams with different areas of expertise, such as 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, Expert Services, Customer Onboarding, Installation, and Project Management.
You’ll find a wide range of personalities here, but what everyone has in common is a genuine interest in our customers, a passion for personal interaction, and a strong drive to continuously improve both our products and the customer experience.
