Why this role is a game-changer
Belgium and France are at the heart of our growth story. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for our leaders and teams across both markets - driving how we hire, grow, engage, and retain amazing people. You’ll also play a key role in building our global People Excellence function and shaping a unified, collaborative company culture throughout the rest of our organization as well.

What you’ll lead & own
Champion People & Culture in BE + FR
Be the trusted HR partner for all leaders and teams in Belgium and France
Coach managers, support teams, and help unlock performance and growth
Lead day-to-day HR operations with high autonomy and strong ownership
Drive onboarding, employee lifecycle improvements, and local compliance
Be a catalyst for cultural integration and organizational development
Shape the Global HR Roadmap
Co-create global frameworks, processes, and tools together with the other four pleople in the team at our group headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden
Drive modernization: digital HR, L&D, leadership programs, employer branding
Co-own our HRM system (Hailey) and help build scalable workflows
Join international HR projects that impact the whole company and drive “one company” integration across markets
You’re a perfect match if you…
Have 6–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles
Know Belgian labor law inside out and at least understand French labor law well
Have supported leaders across borders (bonus if in tech or scale-ups)
Love solving complex people challenges with creativity and empathy
Are equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer
Are data-savvy, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
Speak English, Dutch, and French fluently (non-negotiable)
