Engineering Manager at Caspeco

Caspeco builds systems for the restaurant and experience industry. Our core products include Booking, Point of Sale, Staffing, and Analytics. About the roll

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong technical background to join our Guest area — the home of all our products that directly interact with guests. You’ll be working closely with another EM, leading talented engineers who build the core experiences defining how guests engage with Caspeco’s platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, nurture growth, and ensure we deliver exceptional, scalable, and resilient systems. You’ll collaborate with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and peers across teams to evolve our architecture and accelerate our growth journey.

• Drive engineering excellence by ensuring services are scalable, reliable, and optimized for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical leaders to align development with company priorities and long-term technical goals.
• Enhance team processes by refining workflows, clarifying requirements, and improving delivery practices for maximum impact.
• Shape the platform’s vision, inspiring the team to innovate and bring that vision to life.
• Champion best practices around observability, CI/CD, cloud-native design, and system resilience.

• A deep understanding of system design and scalability, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and design for long-term sustainability.
