About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong technical foundation to join one of our product development areas. You’ll work closely with other Engineering Managers and lead multiple teams of talented engineers building critical parts of our platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, enable team growth, and ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems. In close collaboration with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and peers across the organization, you’ll help evolve our architecture and play a central role in shaping how we scale our platform for the next phase of growth.

Lead and develop high-performing teams by fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Drive engineering excellence by ensuring services are scalable, reliable, and built for continuous delivery.
Partner with product and technical leaders to align engineering initiatives with business priorities and long-term strategy.
Strengthen ways of working by improving processes, clarifying scope, and optimizing delivery practices.
Contribute to the technical vision and translate it into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Promote modern engineering practices, including observability, CI/CD, cloud-native design, and system resilience.
What We’re Looking For
A strong technical foundation and passion for modern engineering practices.
Experience leading engineering teams, balancing execution, people development, and strategic thinking.
Solid understanding of system design and scalability, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and design for long-term sustainability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
